FinPrimeNow offers three categories of offerings:

Services: Personalized consultation and guidance sessions.
Info Products: Digital learning materials delivered electronically.
Goods: Physical items purchased through our Site.

2.1 Services

Our Services include one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and customized plans. Scheduling and details are provided upon purchase.

2.2 Info Products

Info Products are downloadable guides, e-books, templates, and video courses. Access is granted immediately after purchase.

2.3 Goods

Goods consist of branded merchandise, printed materials, and other tangible items sold on this Site.

3. Refund Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. Refund eligibility, processing, and transfer options vary by category:

3.1 Services

Cancellation requests within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full return of the payment amount.
Requests received after 7 days but within 30 days may qualify for a partial return or a credit toward another session.
Customized or one-off sessions designed specifically for you are non-refundable due to preparation costs and scheduling commitments.

All approved returns are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. You may transfer your booking to another available date or service at no extra charge if requested before the session date.

3.2 Info Products

Because Info Products are delivered instantly, full refunds are available only if less than 30% of the material has been accessed and if the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund, submit a request via our contact form with your order details.

Approved refunds for Info Products are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Transfers to alternative digital materials are not available once any content has been accessed.

3.3 Goods

Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund or process an exchange at no additional cost.

Refunds for Goods are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method. You may exchange an item for another available product free of charge.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are stated in CAD and are due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards as displayed on our Site. Access or delivery will be granted upon successful payment.
